Introduction To Longarm Machine Quilting
If you are a new Longarm quilter or just not yet comfortable with your machine, this is the class for you. We cover everything the new longarm quilter needs to know to start his/her business. We cover maintenance, pricing, brochures, suppliers, pattern selection, quilt marking, and much more. We also stitch a hands-on quilt sampler which teaches multiple fill techniques as well as borders, blocks and sashing ideas. Meals, beverages, snacks and all materials are provided.

Quilting With Gadgets
Do you have lots of templates and quilting gadgets but don't use them as often as you feel you should? Let Linda show you tricks and techniques with various quilting templates and "gadgets". See all the "new gadgets" used before you buy them! Linda will quilt a sampler quilt with borders, sashings and "fillers" in class using various "gadgets" available to you. You won't be able to wait to get home to try them yourself.

Freehand Feathers, Borders and Sashes
Are you tired of trying to make feather borders fit correctly between your corners? And we all know now time consuming borders around the corners and sashing strip placement can be. Linda will show you multiple methods to make the spines of your feathers flow smoothly all around the quilt. Also learn how to use Plexiglas "Gadgets" so popular today to make borders and designs faster and easier than ever before. Linda will demonstrate many of the freehand techniques she uses all the time for her borders and sashes. Her customers love them and so will yours. If you love feathers, learn her "tricks" to doing beautiful feathers every time - FREEHAND. Class handout includes a pattern for a sampler you can make to dazzle your customers.

FUN WITH THE CIRCLE LORD

If you are contemplating the purchase of The Circle Lord or if you already own it but are confused as to how and when to use it, this is the class for you.  In this hands on class you will stitch a sampler that you will take home with you, learning how to use all of the templates.  I will show you ways to mark your templates for ease of use and best of all teach you how to "break the code"!!

QUILTING IN CIRCLES

You have purchased your set of circle templates and now need to know how to use them.  Come to this class and let me show you how to use those circles to the fullest.  You will find that like me, you will be using a circle template in some way, shape or form on every quilt you do!!!  Put those circles to good use.  I will show you block designs, border designs, overall fill designs and more -- all accomplished with your circle templates!

FREEHAND FEATHERS REVISITED

Freehand Feathers Revisited is a class designed for the longarm quilter who wants to do more formal and stylistic feathers.  We will cover many styles of feathers as well as proper and perfect spacing of feathers between the corners of your borders.  You will go home with a sampler of several styles of feathers to show your customers.  Both borders and block designs will be covered.  Use of feather spine templates will also be covered.
