This scallop set is designed to create a lovely swag border.  Portions of the set can be used individually to create some of the designs in the photo above.  Use one, or more of the pieces in the set to create different size patterns.  All templates are 5 inches wide with heights of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 inches.  Instructions included for multiple designs, borders and corner treatments.  My methodology results in a swag border that ALWAYS fits between the corners!!
