This scallop set is designed to create a lovely swag border.  Portions of the set can be used individually to create some of the designs in the photo above.  Use one, or more of the pieces in the set to create different size patterns.  Purchase both the large and medium sets and save!  With both sets you will be able to quilt borders from 2 inches to 9 or 10 inches!!!  Instructions included for multiple designs, borders and corner treatments.  My methodology results in a swag border that ALWAYS fits between the corners!!
